At King of Bling, we work to get your order processed, packaged, and delivered as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and selected shipping method.

Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. King of Bling is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to carrier delays outside of King of Bling's control. If your tracking shows an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and King of Bling so the situation can be reviewed.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact King of Bling promptly and provide your order number along with clear photos of the package and merchandise.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the merchandise received was incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error by King of Bling.

Please note: Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. During holidays, promotions, severe weather, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery may take longer.
